Original Abstract

Příspěvek si klade za cíl upozornit na problematiku hodnocení vzduchotěsnosti objektu aspirujícího na získání dotací pro energeticky úsporné budovy, kdy tato problematika vyplývá z okamžiku měření. Testy provedené na souboru rodinných domů potvrdily rozdílné výsledné hodnoty vzduchotěsnosti pro objekt ve fázi po dostavbě, tzn. před užíváním, a pro objekt již užívaný, kdy je objem budovy částečně zaplněn např. nábytkem. Následkem může být výzva na vrácení dotací při překročení limitní hodnoty vzduchotěsnosti, která je zjištěna revizním technikem, v rozporu od prvního měření prováděného za účelem zjištění úrovně vzduchotěsnosti jako takové. Na výsledcích měřených objektů je doloženo, jakou měrou ovlivňuje okamžik měření a vstupní parametry budovy výslednou hodnotu vzduchotěsnosti.

English abstract

The paper aims to highlight the issue of building airtightness assessment aspiring to obtain subsidies for energy-efficient buildings, where the issue is clear from the moment of measurement. Tests performed on a set of houses confirmed the airtightness of different final values for the object in the phase after completion, ie. before use, and the object no longer used when the volume of a building partially filled eg furniture. Owing to it there can be a call for refund subsidies due to exceeding of air tightness limit value, which is determined inspection technician, in violation of the first measurements performed to determine the level of airtightness as such. On the results of the measured objects is documented, what kind of influence have the measurement moment and the input parameters of building to the final value of the building airtightness.
