Original Abstract

Stříkané betony nacházejí díky současnému rozmachu silničního a podzemního stavitelství stále větší uplatnění. Samotný výběr vstupních surovin, návrh, příprava a testování stříkaného betonu je, díky nutnosti použití strojního zařízení pro nástřik, relativně drahý proces. Článek se zabývá možnostmi přípravy a následného testování stříkaného betonu postupem výroby v běžné laboratorní míchačce a následným hutněním pomocí vibrace a mírného přítlaku. Tento postup by mohl být alternativní variantou pro návrh a zkoušení stříkaných betonů připravených strojně.

English abstract

Shotcrete are due to the current boom in road and underground engineering, increasing exercise. The selection of raw materials, design, preparation and testing of shotcrete is due to having to use machinery for spraying, a relatively expensive process. The article deals with the possibilities of training and subsequent testing of shotcrete production process in a normal laboratory mixer and subsequent compaction by vibration and slight pressure. This procedure could be an alternative option for the design and testing of shotcrete machine ready.
