Original Abstract

Článek je zaměřen na navrhování a zkoušení betonových pražců. V současné době je připravována evropská norma pro návrh betonových pražců, která stanoví základní požadavky a také sjednocuje přístup k návrhovým ohybovým momentům. V návaznosti na novou normu bude revidován stávající soubor norem EN 13230. V článku je uvedena základní filosofie návrhu pražců a podrobněji jsou diskutovány jednotlivé aspekty procesu návrhu a zkoušení betonových pražců.

English abstract

The paper is focused on designing and testing of concrete sleepers. At present a new European standard on the design of concrete sleepers defining basic requirements and unifying the approach to the design bending moments is in the process of preparation. Following the new standard acceptance the current set EN 13230 will be revised. In the paper the basic principles of the sleeper design are described and particular aspects of the design process and testing of concrete sleepers are discussed.
