Civil Engineering

The Faculty of Civil Engineering can help you with your research in the field of civil engineering. An integral part of it is the AdMaS Centre, which focuses on research, development and application of advanced building materials, structures and technologies not only in the field of construction, but also in transport systems and infrastructure of cities and municipalities. The aim of the centre is to ensure the application of current basic research results in the form of applied research into practice in the form of new or innovative building materials and technologies. The emphasis is on qualitatively higher performance, lower production costs and at the same time a reduction of negative environmental impacts (both in the production phase, during use and of course after the end of the material's lifetime).
