The subject concentrates on the area of production process management in all kinds of industry. The main objective is to gain abilities in tactical, technical and organizational management, learn concepts, models and management techniques. Attetion is also devoted to the terminology and methodology of input, transformation and output elements of the production processes. Techniques of exploiting production resources in conditions of fast developing market relationships and the ways of economic utilization of labor force in production are introduced. Usage of engineering time link and production process for realization changes by acquiring of required outputs and efficiency.
