Troubleshooting means solving of process operation troubles. In other words "what to do if process works differently from requirements".Various strategies and manuals for solution of troubles are presented on practical examples of process plants (butadiene production, styrene production, ABS copolymer production and others):- problem identification;- searching and verification of causes;- solution proposal;- realization and evaluation.The subject includes also video presentations of practical examples.Good knowledge of Process Engineering basics is expected (material and energy balance, chemical process field measurement, process hydraulics, heat exchange).
