Teaching methods depend on the type of course unit as specified in the article 7 of BUT Rules for Studies and Examinations.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

Credit requirements: participation and activity at seminar discussions. Students’ performance is evaluated continuously after their presentation of their partial results.

Aims

The goal is to teach students how to prepare their own performance, provide them with critical comments arising from public discussion on solved problems.
Gaining knowledge necessary for the defence of the diploma work at the final state exam.

Specification of controlled education, way of implementation and compensation for absences

Seminars are compulsory. Students are required to compensate their absence from seminars by familiarizing with the content of a missed seminar.
