New Concepts and Stories for the New Civilization - summer

FaVU-3NOMY-LAcad. year: 2010/2011

"Everything is a matter of the story. We are not in trouble nowadays not only because our story is not good. We are in the stage "between stories." The old story about how the world came into being is not valid any longer, but we have not learnt the new story yet."
Thomas Berry, Center for Exozoic Era

"The civilization which dominates the present world is not sustainable. The question of the quantum leap in human matters is the question of creating a civilization which will enable six and a half billion people live in harmony with other people and the nature. Such a change of the world is possible. We have the insights, technologies, and the necessary human and finatial resources. What we are lacking, though, is will and vision. In order to gather strength, we must change our consciousness, values, and priorities: we must change ourselves and finally the world."
Ervin Laszlo, Prof., prezident Club of Budapest
