Reengineering and Optimisation of Production Systems

Reengineering is an up-to-date conception of effective, faster and economic development based on higher grade innovation and management of positive changes.
This course is concerned with defining reengineering, reengineering and integration and optimisation conception and methods, applying reengineering onto machine design, innovation of products, modernization of factory, human resources management etc.

Learning outcomes of the course unit

Students will learn a systematic, methodical and philosophical approach to design,
innovation, creativity development etc. regarding production company, machines, systems
and processes. Students will also learn how to select proper optimisation
methods and their application in production systems.

Prerequisites

Student should have basic knowledge of design and control
of production machines and systems and university mathematics.

This subject provides students with knowledge about up-to-date trends of reengineering
and its application to key areas of production company.

2. Procedure of reengineering application in the firm.
3. Reengineering in developed world economies.
4. Products innovation. Logistic approach to new products and production development.
Art and creativity in up-to-date products development. Using of positive patterns.
5. Theory of games and factory process management.
6. Human being, firm and society. Logistics of personal development. Logistics in tasks
solution.
7. Logistics of personal management. Up-to-date direction in the human sources management and improvement.
8. Application of reengineering to production machines and robots design.
9. Using of reengineering in the development and application of production systems.
10. Reengineering in production planning and management in production systems.
11. Reengineering in the humanoid robotics and medical rehabilitation.
