Course detail

Process Machinery and Equipment

ÚSI-2CDSZAcad. year: 2011/2012

The course deals with the basics of procedural techniques from the theory of their function, basic design approach for their design and implementation, and last but not least, as a source of emergency situations and accidents. They mainly discussed systems for transport and storage media (piping systems, pressure vessels, tanks ...), problems of reaction engineering, process powder materials (raw materials extraction, milling and sorting, storage, transport ...). Particular attention is paid to a single European Community standards for the construction of process equipment, pricing optimization product, as well as marketing aspects of production. An important part of the course is to care about the safety of the proposed facility in terms of environmental protection, their safety against a possible violation and the subsequent outpouring of hazardous substances into the environment.
