Optional subject "disorders and rehabilitation of buildings" introduces students to the problems of surveys of existing buildings for conversion, continuity of architectural design studies related to rebuilding and reconstruction of financial performance. Provides a summary of structural failures, their causes and possibilities of elimination, introduces students to methods of repair for various structures and materials. In lectures and seminars will be critically evaluated by others already rebuilding and finding alternative solutions so that students understand the crucial connection and superstructure of the issue.
The aim is to gain knowledge of technical solutions to structural details of civil construction, residential, industrial and agricultural, and that the future architect should know for his successful collaboration with specialists. Includes lectures extern practitioners from the fields of building materials and construction.
