The aim is to offer the students selected information on valid legal regulation of the pursuance of the profession of authorised architect, and on the related context; to acquaint them with the Building Act ( building, alteration of a building, small building, simple building, temporary building, permanent building),with the basic rules of planning and building permit procedures, registration of small buildings, alteration of buildings and maintenance works; principles of pursuance of state building inspection; selected issues of building law, e.g. removal of buildings, modes of expropriation for building purposes, minor offences and administrative delict against the Building Act.
