Mental and Physical Exercises - summer

The basics of physical exercises consist of the work with spine (spinal cord) to which all organic systems and all energetic circuits of human body are connected. The activation of energetic circuits of the body through physical exercise will enable the following smoother breath control which is the fundamental precondition of concentration techniques that lead to the clearing of mind. Only the calm, clear mind can truly reflect phenomena.

Learning outcomes of the course unit

Theory - topography of functional bodily systems and their connection with emotional and mental system. Their physical and mental influence.
Basic detoxication - physical and mental exercises.
Meditation, expanding several information levels of body.

Teaching methods depend on the type of course unit as specified in the article 7 of BUT Rules for Studies and Examinations..

Course curriculum

1) Energetic centres of human being = focal points of consciousness of human being.
2) Time, space and communication within individual energetic centres.
3) Opening energetic centres - gradual unblocking of channels of sharing.
4) Being in sharing (= limitless field of sharing or absolute sharing).
5) Tensegridad - physical and mental exercise of Central American Indians leading towards harmony.
6) Lucid dreaming - ignition of dreamy reality with the light of wake. Cultivation of perception on non-physical levels of existence.

Aims

Expanding the knowledge about a healthy body and mind. Basics of influencing the mind through physical exercises and the somatic element through the knowledge of mental model of a human being.
