The students will acquire basic information on the law and its place in the cultural extension of the society life, on topical problems of a legislation practice and on a legal regulation in force, in particular in the field of civil and trade law as well as on the sector of intellectual property laws.

Subject objectives: the subject is focused on strengthening and extending the elementary legal consciousness of the students and on helping them orientate in the law order of the Czech Republic in force, in particular in the field of private law.

The participation in the lecture-courses is not compulsory. For the students of a combined study form consultations are available. Each of students has to take part in consultation weekly and problems of subject are solved.
