Students will obtain knowledge needed for the development, design and operation of security systems for banks, firms and government.

3. Payment and banking systems.
4. Electrical security signalling – EZS (contact, infrared and microwave detectors, signalling detectors).
5. Communication systems for EZS.
6. Electrical fire signalling (temperature, fire and smoke detectors).
7. Control and perimeter systems (television systems, control centres, acoustic and seismic detectors, infrared and microwave barriers).
8. Detectors of substances and metals.
9. Biometric security systems (fingerprint, face and iris recognition).
10. Merchandise protection (RFID technology).
11. Protection of programs and music (steganography, digital watermarks).
12. Standards and legislation for security systems.
