Learning outcomes of the course unit

Student will accomplish the aim of the subject if he achieves an advanced level of Russian both in vocabulary and grammar and is able to read, translate and make demanding Russian texts.

Prerequisites

Mastery of General Russian within the BYR1,BYR2 and BYR3 subjects.

4.L2-Appearance, texts, exercises, new vocabulary, human body - description
5.L2-Clothes - vocabulary, description, phrases different from Czech, conjugation of verb "to dress", inflexion of adjectives according to model "new"
6.L2-colours, date, revision of grammar and vocabulary, role playing, portraits in Russian art, additional texts, describing pictures
7.L3-text, writing a letter, A.C. Puschkin, exercises, characteristics of people, substantivized adjectives, pronouns "what, which", reciprocity
8.L3-phrases different from Czech, expressions "because, that´s why", phrases "it is necessary, it has to be…", dialogues, listening
9.L3-text, exercises, describing people, revision of grammar and vocabulary of lesson 3, supplementary texts, song, role playing
10.L4-texts, exercises, seasons, weather - forecast, new vocabulary, listening

The aim of the subject is to achieve an advanced level of Russian both in vocabulary and grammar. Then also the student´s ability to read, translate and make demanding Russian texts.
