Construction-technological designing

Definition of building-technological designing, significance, division. Development of discipline in industry and in building industry. Systems of building-technological designing, factual and time structure, connections with economic activity of the plant. Main principles of preparation and realisation of construction work, its parts and relations. Building-technological study, significance, division, content, theory and methodology of processing the main technological construction stages, preliminary selection of main mechanisms, scheduling and financial plan of the construction work. Connection of the building-technological study with the quotation and production programme of the company. Principles and methodology of processing the calculations of company´s production costs, influence on the subject process economics. Methodology of efficient plan processing, influence on process control. Method of balance of sources needed for construction. Provision of external sub-supplies and co-operations for construction. Methodology and principles of site plant design as a workshop for construction realisation. Principles of creation of technological standards and regulations for new manufacturing processes.

Learning outcomes of the course unit

The students will master the objective of the Construction Technology Planning course, they become acquainted with fundamentals of the construction technology preparation and they learn elaboration of the respective basic documents.

Prerequisites

Capability to apply in practice individual construction processes, knowledge of basic construction phases, knowledge in the area of construction realization and construction management.

2.Building-technological studies of the provider in tendering procedure
3.Basic conception of the building stage, time and finance plannig of building-up
4.Time planning of buiding
5.Rules and methodics for operative plannig and realisation of building. Influence of controling building proces
6.Sources of the construction project, subdelivery systém
7.Design method of building site like place for realisation of building
8.Rules and methodics for design of lift mechanism
9.Technical standarts for new technology and modern process
10.Possibilitiss of Software supports of preparation of realisation and realisation

The student will acquire the knowledge in the area of construction - technology design planning, the result is elaborated documentation for construction preparation and realization from the point of view of individual parties in the construction process
