Selected Problems of Heating

FAST-CT01Acad. year: 2011/2012

Creation of indoor climate in heated rooms formed under variable conditions and dynamically changing heating losses. Calculation of heat losses. One-pipe heating systems and their design. Radiant heating. Design of interactive system including heating elements, fittings and distribution based on thermal and hydraulic balance. Circulation pumps.

2. One pipe system
3. Production and distribution of steam.
4. Radiant heating – classification and application systems.
5. Central heat supply. Transfer stations.
6. Engine room
7. Combined production of electricity and heat, condensation technique.
8. Chimney
9. Hydraulic stability of heating systems, design of thermostatic and control valves.
10. Application of renewable sources in heating systems.
11. Progressive and intelligent heating systems.
12. Distribution of cooling water, safety of heating water for air-conditioning units.
13. Direct electric heating and accumulation heating
