Special technology of constructions

·Damage on buildings caused at introduction of new technologies with insufficiently mastered technology processes can be removed only with difficulties. A rush development in building materials, technology, theoretical disciplines and calculation methods requires specialisation of professionals with perfectly mastered problem sphere of particular technology procedures. This applies especially to the solution of technology preparation of construction and construction management organisation where there are considerable reserves in many cases.

1. General requirements for safety and useful characteristics of the building.
2. Currently applied assembled structural system of buildings
3. New technologies of roof and foundations insulations
5. Technology of interior and external surface treatments
6. New ways of joining and protection of timber work structures
7. Various anchoring methods at construction execution
8. New material types at solving fire prevention sections
9. Most frequent defects at application of new technology procedures
10. Utilization of recycled materials at construction execution
11. Auxiliary structures and lifting mechanisms, formwork systems
12. Recycling of sanitary units in flats and execution of plasterboard structures
13. Manners of sanitation of damp buildings

Aims

Making the student acquainted with new technology processes, application of new materials and stuffs. To the lectures company representatives are regularly invited to demonstrate special application of new materials based on the latest knowledge of the science. Specific characteristics of these materials are referred to as well as possible differences in application compared to traditional technology processes.
