1. Introduction to law, sources of law, legal rules, their structure, streaming and activity.
2. Courts scheme, their organization and activity.
3. First level proceedings, rights of appeal, execution of adjudication.
4. Civil material law – terminology, basic of the civil law.
5. Civil relations and their protection.
6. Legal acts, defeasibility of legal act.
7. Prescription of the right, preclusion, terms counting.
8. Part and accessories of the subject.
9. Right in property, shared co-ownership, common property of married couples.
10. Right to foreign subjects, right of lien.
11. Right to restrain, right of user.
12. Law of obligation, contract of sale, other contract types.
13. Status of expert in civil proceedings.
