Forensic engineering - general metodology

FAST-ZQ61Acad. year: 2011/2012

Activity of experts (history, present regulations, subject practicing expert activity)
Discharge of the expert activity:
Prime acts of the expert, expert’s share in a proof detention,
scheme of the expert evidence and expertise,
systematic complex concept of the experts evidence and expertise (systematic analysis of the accident’s process, array of hypotheses, array of traces, array of reflection, array of the damage equivalence, application of the logic rules, presumption of innocence in the application of the technical analysis),
methods of expert’s analysis (reverse calculation method of the accident process, method of narrowing of the limits, analysis of the processes in the time and space, law and engineering confrontation, analysis of the break down),
application of regulations in the expert evidence, probability in the expertise,
specificity of the expert activity in the individual sorts of proceeding (criminal, civil, administrative),
teamwork at expertise,
expert activity experience, expert evidence defects.
Introduction to special methodology of forensic engineering (civil engineering, mechanical engineering, analysis of traffic accidents, evaluation of property, assessment of financial damage).
