„Law in business“ is conceived like sectional subject intent on several power branch of law and in them modified groundwork for achievement entrepreneurial activities. Interpretation incloses law, duties and legal consequences ofthat the with those activities nearly bears. Will set out as well groundwork for achievement choice activity under the course of construction and sorts business modified for building industries.Includes characteristics relations and tapes contracts used in building industries. Content lectures is supplemented about requirements and authority incidental achievement check activities inclusive agents administrative and wardship.

For graduation hereof subject aren´t necessitated special knowledge law discipline. Education tie together on common piece of knowledge gained along baccalaureate studies on injudicial faculties.

3. Act enterpriser-legal act, law and injurious conduct, representation concerning civil and business law
4. Right and duties members statutory organs-fixed term civil, business trade law
5. Liability for damage-in light of civil and business law inclusive special recipes
6. Business-modified business a trade law
7. Business in building industries-in concurrence on building,The trades licensing act and law about chartered engineers and engineers
8. Engagement terms-conditions rise contract and their relation to civil business law
9. Print contracts-according to civil, business law, law about public procurement and law about proprietorship flats
10. Check activity-concerning financial and administrative right, right procedural in form court verification
