Students will be made familiar with basic terminology relating to civil law, commercial law, labour law and intellectual property rights.

Students are expected to have general knowledge of law at secondary school level.

Teaching methods depend on the type of course unit as specified in the article 7 of BUT Rules for Studies and Examinations.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

Only a course-unit credit (or regular course examination) is awarded for this course.
A course-unit credit (or regular course examination) is awarded after student will have passed a simple test. It is a multiple-choice test with 25 questions. The classification is in accordance with the rules of the Faculty of Business and Management.
