Students will obtain basis information about using program MATLAB and Simulink, high-tech software packages, which are used in the field of automation and generally in praxis.

The subject knowledge on the secondary school level is required.

Computer exercise:
1. Introduction lesson
2. Program MATLAB as a reference system program
3. Fundamentals of MATLAB
4. Vectors and matrix.
5. Work with string handling, files, scripts, control of execution phase>
6. Graphic 2D, 3D.
7. Simulink, constructions of models and his activation, test of MATLAB.
8. Subsystems and library of Simulink.
9. Model of water level in reservoir. Setting of independent work.
10. Cooperation between program MATLAB and ANSI C.
11. Using and record of S functions.
12. Programming wit using of S functions
13. Writhed test, credit.

Aims

Become familiar with basic software packages which are used in automation and with application of information technologies and their employment in solution of common problems in automation.
