Learning outcomes of the course unit

  • Student will acquaint how project manage, creating plans and auxiliary plans including risk analysis.
  • Student overrules to define project source for assignment to activities and reallocation of sources.
  • Student will able to adopt oneself and to apply knowledge and skills from project management area in corresponding context.

  • Student will able to apply knowledge from project management like the member of team in project.
  • Obtained competency correspond requirement of candidate for internationally valid certification IPMA level D and C.

Prerequisites

  • Knowledge of higher mathematics.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

The course uses teaching methods in form of Lecture - 2 teaching hours per week, Exercise - 2 teaching hours per week.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

  • The minimal ten classes have to active attend.  
  • Submit three home assignments.
  • To earn min. 50 points within the semester.

Aims

The goal of the course is to get complex and comprehensive overview in project management according to IPMA (International Project Management Association) standard, practice important techniques, methods and skills, which are confirmed in everyday project practice. To prepare students for written examination of internationally certification according to IPMA level D and C. After successful finishing this course, students fulfill necessary requirement of candidate for internationally valid certification IPMA level D.

Specification of controlled education, way of implementation and compensation for absences

  • Active attending minimal 10 classes.
  • Three evaluated home assignments.
  • Final written test.

  1. Sestavení týmů. Sebehodnotící test. Metoda šesti otázek.
  2. Implementace projektového řízení v organizaci. 
  3. Techniky gramofonová deska a negativní dotazování. Simulace vedení diskuze a porady.
  4. Dispersonifikace a řešení problému metodami mediace a facilitace.
  5. "KOTEL" - obdobně jako u veřejného vystoupení - pod palbou otázek bude veřejné vystoupení zaznamenané na videokameru.
  6. "ETICKÝ KODEX" - vlastní i skupinový etický kodex, "PAPÍROVÁ VĚŽ" - obdobně jako u veřejného vystoupení - pod palbou otázek bude veřejné vystoupení zaznamenané na videokameru.
  7. Postupy výběru vhodných pracovníků pro projekt, (volba vhodného typu organizační struktury).
  8. SWOT analýza. Logický rámec.
  9. Rozhodování o optimálních zdrojích financování projektů: Čistá současná hodnota kapitálu.
  10. EVM - Metoda řízení dosažené hodnoty projektu. 
  11. Analýza rizik.
  12. Síťový graf, kontrola zdrojů.
  13. Závěrečné testování.
