Metrologie pro biomedicínské aplikace

FCH-MCO_METAcad. year: 2013/2014

What is metrology and why it is necessary to analyze the biomedical field. Development and optimization of analytical methods to determine the parameters for repeatability and reproducibility. The metrological characteristics of analytical methods, limit of detection, limit of quantification, return, continuity, robustness, control long-term stability of analytical methods, validation, and uncertainty. Good analytical practice, quality assurance of analytical results in the biomedical field.
