Pathological physiology is a science about ethiology and pathogenesis of diseases and pathological states. The ability of pathophysiological thinking makes possible an insight into the logical basis of clinical manifest diseases and states in the participation of analytic and synthetic thought processes. Students will be introduced to the basic causes of illness (physical, chemical and biological, including genetic) and their pathogenetic context.
