Land Consolidation

History and purpose of reallocation of land (PU), PU in other states. Terminology. Land offices. PU forming environment. Form of PU. Specification and reconstruction of portioning, unfinished reintegration. Complex reallocation of land. Data and preliminary work: choice of cadastral territory, proceeding PU, perimeter of land being improved, boarders course recognition, opening discussion, land survey and analysing current state, surveying current state. Quality soil ecological units (BPEJ). Inventory of ground landlord’s claim. Common areas plan: road system, water-management precautions, anti soil erosion precautions. Learning outcomes of the course unit

Basic level of ability of orientation in the protection of agriculture land against of erosion, development and hazard of land resources. Knowledge of lawmaking in the process of land consolidation, design process and realization of land consolidation. Preparation of data from cadastre real estates and from field inspection. Application of knowledge for solution particular stages of land consolidation.

Prerequisites

Principles of cadastre, coordinate calculations, determination of areas, work with CAD
Knowledge of setting works and special geodesy.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

Teaching methods depend on the type of course unit as specified in the article 7 of BUT Rules for Studies and Examinations. Simultaneously is recommended to use the basic content of subject Land Consolidation in LMS Moodle.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

Successful graduate from subject depend on attendence and hand over reports of 5 basic tasks with given outputs. Student must pass an 2 written tests. Results tests and reports are awarded points and sum of points sets of final clasification.
