Treatment of the problems bearing on the topic of diploma thesis. Application of theoretical and experimental methods of solution. Treatment of the resolution bearing on the topic of project. Presentation of the resolution and results.

Learning outcomes of the course unit

The students increase their competence in solving problems technical systems of buildings. Students will be able to prepare comprehensive analysis of systems of complicated buildings, creating alternative solutions and compare them with current practice; creative manner generate conceptions of environmental engineering for demanding applications.

Prerequisites

Internal microclimate of buildings, plumbing systems, heating systems, air conditioning and ventilation on the level of bachelor´s study with compulsory optional subjects from the circle of technical equipment of buildings.

Co-requisites

In parallel is necessary to add knowledge from the area of technical equipment of buildings.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

The course is taught through practical classes and self-study assignments. Attendance at practical classes is compulsory.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

Consultations of thesis key points and submissions of report in the credit week.
