Legal Relations to Real Estates

General issues - term of object in legal sense, classification, object part and accessories, term of real estate, building, piece of land.
Proprietorship rights - specification, content, proprietorship authority and limitation, part-ownership. Another factual rights, enjoyment. User relations to real estates. Obligation relations - general issues, initiation, change, extinction. Succession.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

The course is taught through lectures, practical classes and self-study assignments. Attendance at lectures is optional, but attendance at classes is compulsory.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

Attendance at lectures is compulsory (2 outs can apologize lecturer). The test is to test and an oral part. The total number of points is 100, for the successful completion of the required 50%.

3. Definition of real estate, construction, lot.
4. Law of property – limitation, content.
5. Right of owner, restriction of owner, co-ownership.
6. Other tenures, possession.
7. Right of use with real estates.
8. Obligation relationships – general questions, origin, change, cessation.
9.-10. Legal succession.
