Basics of 3D Modelling

FSI-K3DAcad. year: 2015/2016

The course is devoted to practical application of 3D modeling in SolidWorks softaware. Nowardays engineers are demanded of the skills in this sphere. Models creation to be used for further mathematical simulation is of great importance as well. 3D model visualization is widely used and it takes part in the economics of a company. Attention will be paid to model and assembly creating as well as manufacturing documentation drawing up.

Aims

The course will help students to create individually threedimensional models of parts and further drawing documentation. Thanks to this knowledge they will be higher appreciated on labour market, i.e. will have more chances to get a decent job. The students will learn how to work in SolidWorks software that will give them a basis for further work with any 3D modeler.

Specification of controlled education, way of implementation and compensation for absences

Attendance at seminars will be checked and absences will be compensated by self-study of the missed topic.
