Course detail

Physiology

FP-TfyzPAcad. year: 2015/2016

The subject focuses on the basics of locomotive physiology. The knowledge of the function of the individual systems and their mutual relationships is an important prerequisite for understanding the relationship between health and movement activities, as well as for the correct choice of movement activities and intensity of exercise so that no damage to the organism is done.

Aims

The tuition of this subject should provide students with the opportunity to gain knowledge about the function of human organs and systems. The subject focuses on the basics of locomotive physiology. The knowledge of the function of the individual systems and their mutual relationships is an important prerequisite for understanding the relationship between health and movement activities, as well as for the correct choice of movement activities and intensity of exercise so that no damage to the organism is done.

Specification of controlled education, way of implementation and compensation for absences

The subject is divided into lectures and practical lessons. Both the lectures and practical lessons are compulsory. The subject will be completed with a written exam. Any absence must be duly excused and substituted for after agreement with the head of subject.
