Course detail

Laboratory Classes in Composite Materials

FCH-MCO_KOM_PAcad. year: 2015/2016

Students of the practice will work with selected characterizing techniques of polymer and inorganics composite materials. It means tensile and bending tests, thermogravimetric analysis, fragmentation test of model composite and characterization of adhesive joints. These tests will be done using self manually made composite test samples; therefore the fabrication of test samples is a part of the practice. Industrial visit to Prefa Brno or GDP Koral company is included.
