Aims

Students get skills about design and building LANs, link redundancy using HSRP and VRRP, link aggregation based on EtherChannel. Students will configure local networks using managed switches and routers. They will learn how to configure WiFi networks and APs. They will configure OSPF and EIGRP Routing.

The second part of the course deals with WAN technologies. In the labs, students get practical skills about NAT and DHCP configuration. They will create serial connection using PPP and understand Frame Relay communication for both IPv4 and IPv6. They will learn how to manage networks and provide network troubleshooting. The course covers two courses of Cisco Networking Academy programme - CCNA3 and CCNA4 Routing and Switching (R&S).

Specification of controlled education, way of implementation and compensation for absences
