Student must handle the aim of the course, which is to obtain elementary knowledge in the field of maintenance and modernization of housing stock, protection of historic buildings and appropriate technical regulations and standards following the newest known research results.

Partition of buildings, drawing and designing of building constructions, principal knowledge of building heat engineering, acoustics and illumination, basic knowledge of structural mechanics, concrete and masonry constructions, metal and wooden constructions, building equipment, building technology and control.
