Economy of Electrical Power Engineering

The course deals with the problems of power system economics, such as costs in power engineering, assessing losses, cost calculation for electric lines and transformers, of the cost of losses, liberalisation of power engineering, state policy concerning power engineering.

The aim of the course is to introduce students to the application of economic criteria in electrical power engineering.
