The course concentrates on the principles and technologies of products and services offered to bank clients in retail banking. The viewpoint of a client as the product user is emphasized. If needed, legislation- and regulation-related conditions are presented defining the parameters of the products and services offered by banks. After completing the course, the students are oriented towards bank offers and their use. They are also prepared for understanding the follow-up course, „Banking II“ – banking business“ The course is also suitable for students of the management informatics field.
