Learning outcomes of the course unit

Student will accomplish the aim of the course, which is: mastering vocabulary of 1 500 words, all grammar rules.
Translating more demanding texts, communication in speaking and writing, dealing with everyday topics.

Prerequisites

To the extent of the optional subjects "French for beginners", "French for Pre-Intermedate Students", "French for Intermediate Students".

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

Teaching takes the form of seminars, where students are actively involved in teaching. Teachers explain new material in class, or the student will prepare alone at home by online course in Moodle. During training, emphasis is placedon the conversation with the students to give them necessary knowledge and confidence to communicate in the foreign language. At home, the student is actively involved in an online course, where he find a number of exercises to practice vocabulary, grammar, listening and writing. The courses use PW presentations, interactive whiteboard, internet.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

During the semester the student is doing proper homework, preparing the e-learning course in Moodle (including written tests on-line), is active in the hour and properly attend lessons. At the end of the semester the student writes a test and the oral examination is necessary (a conversation in that language).

12. L17- "never, nothing, nobody"; bricolage
13. L18- causal clauses; the French and cafés
