Learning outcomes of the course unit

Students will be made familiar with basic terminology relating to civil law, commercial law, labour law and intellectual property rights.

Prerequisites

Students are expected to have general knowledge of law at secondary school level. Knowledge of basic legal concepts of civil and commercial law, with knowledge of the legislation.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

The course is taught through lectures, to the explanation of basic principles and theories of the discipline. The exercise is focused on practical topics presented in lectures.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

Only a course-unit credit (or regular course examination) is awarded for this course.
A course-unit credit (or regular course examination) is awarded after student will have passed a simple test. It is a multiple-choice test with 25 questions with 4 answer options, one of which is always only one correct answer. The classification is in accordance with the rules of the Faculty of Business and Management.
