Ecological Information Systems

The acquaintance with special properties of ecological information systems, with architecture of database systems and feature of geographic information system.

The subject knowledge on the Bachelor´s degree level is requested.

The acquaintance with feature and type of information systems, their architecture. Distributed network and database systems. The geographical information systems.

The ecological information, characterization and forms. The data from monitoring. The statistical processing of ecological data.
The deposit and interpretation of ecological data. The set of indexes of international information systems for environment.
The information systems and their features. The architecture of information systems, distributed information networks.
The database systems and their architecture. The database models.
The query languages of date structures,network and distributive databases.
The geographic information systems,feature and architecture.The fundamental types of representation of the space objects.
The input data for GIS, types and realization: mapes, air photo, telemetry exploration of earth. Control system and formation database.
Manipulation with data, analysis of data and images, communication protocols, output of data.
The ecological information system, real structure. The subsytems formation by means of sources of biosphere, types of energy, sort of waste, types of physical field, chemical substances.
The architecture of ecologic information system, space identification of data, interpretation of data.
Implementation of systems, environmental information system of the Czech Republic. Sources and administration of ecological data.
Monitoring of risk pollutants and state of physical fields.
The wrecking system for situation by ecologic crisis.
