Learning outcomes of the course unit

Ability to orient in economy of building production and in valuation with respect to conditions on building market.

Prerequisites

Knowledge of construction firm and construction orders economics. Ability to set prices of construction objects and construction supplies by using cost estimates. Knowledge of coding and classifications in construction production.

2. Costs for price generation in civil engineering
3.-4. Costing price generation of construction objects and construction supplies
5. Prices of construction works, procedures of generation from individual costs and profit and from market conditions
6. Construction machines and equipment running costs, procedures of tariffs setting for costing of construction works and objects and for rental costs for machines renting
7. Transport of materials for construction production, procedures of tariffs setting for costing of construction works and objects
8. Costs for purchasing of materials, procedures of tariffs setting for costing of construction works and objects
9.-10. Overhead and profit for costing
11.-12. Construction object, construction supply and construction work price setting by incomplete costing
13. Prices in civil engineering abroad. Price statistics in civil engineering

Aims

Ability to calculate prices of construction works with respect to achieving profitability of construction production, to make out costing procedures in conditions of construction firm in connection with construction market.
