Learning outcomes of the course unit

The students will master the objective of the Specialized Project course I, i.e. they acquire knowledge for elaboration of the construction technological study and selected parts of the construction technological project, i.e. analysis of the basic technology construction stages to be elaborated by the building contractor. The students acquired also knowledge for elaboration of the basic concept of the site operations, for creation of the time scheduling and financial plan of construction and gross balance of the basic resources.

Prerequisites

Basic knowledge of proposing and designing building constructions, road structures and underground utilities. Knowledge of carrying out specific parts of construction processes, of requirements for their readiness before implementation, technological procedure principles of individual construction processes, their sequence and continuity, requirements for their quality. Using computer technology for technological and time structure modelling of a specific construction process, production area and necessary implementation sources modelling.
