The main objective of the course is the basic orientation of students in areas of commercial law issues prepared by EC law. Subject to explain the role of EC institutions in the development and application of economic and commercial EC law. Sources of EC law, the legal aspects of free circulation of goods, labor, capital, free movement of services and freedom of enterprise, the issue of competition in EC law, Consumer protection in EC law and corporate law spoelčností governed by EC law.
