The subject also explains current trends and international standards of project management. It looks at how to plan and manage projects so they can be completed in a timely manner, the necessary quality and within budget.

The course contains lectures that explain basic principles, problems and methodology of the discipline, and exercises that promote the practical knowledge of the subject presented in the lectures.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

Studenti získají zápočet za vypracování společného semestrálního projektu.
Zkouška probíhá ústně, student dostane dvě otázky, na ty se písemně připraví a po té je ústně vyzkoušen.
