Course curriculum

1/Basic terms of Commercial Code for the establishment and operation of construction companies, alternatives of obligation relations, parties in the construction, their rights and obligations.
2/Organization of construction companies with stress on economic department and its links.
3/Prognosis for the company development, long-time, medium and short time planning.
Problem sphere of the company economics, its financing, crediting and financial plan in the link to the construction production.
4/Financial and production plan of the construction company, manner of creation, sources.
5/Tax system, obligations of the company, levies into the funds, payments of credits.
6/Prices, price policy. Background documents, creation and inks to the production terms of in the company.
7/Calculation of prime costs, importance, principles, links.
8/Wage policy, creation of background documents and performance standards rationalisation of work, wage accounting
9/Material costs, their creation, monitoring and limiting, material accounting
10/Operational plan of construction production and its link to the accounting files.
11/Operationalmonitoring of costs, revenues and profit in the course of the contract realization.
12/Monitoring and evaluation of economic results of constructions, statistics, forming of technical economical criteria.
13/ Approval procedure in relation to subcontractors and in relation to the client, invoice and final accounting of the construction.

Aims

·The subject deals with mechanical technology, tools and technology applied at finishing works in construction. It starts with machining and cutting of building materials, joining and assembly of piping, production and treatment of floors, treatment of masonry, joining and anchoring technology, wall painting and coating works and ends with maintenance of roofs and facades. Attention is given to occupational safety with small mechanisation. Diamond technology. Laser technology.
