Factory Buildings and working environment

FAST-8H9Acad. year: 2017/2018

Types of industrial buildings and industrial interiors in relationship with the choice of construction systems and art solutions of industrial buildings. Hygiene equipment. Working environment in industrial and civil buildings, work conditions - visual akustic, psychlogical, microclimatic.
Space colouring. Solution of building parterre and nearest constructional surroundings, together with ground communications, parking area and green areas, with regard to the operational, dispositional and fire protection requirement in different types of construcions.

Course curriculum

1. Residence – work station relation and trends of further growth of a production plant.
2. Types of production objects and production interiors.
3. Selection of a construction system. Construction with an artistic function.
4.-5. Hygienic equipment in prodution facility, its distances from a working position.
6. Social equipment of a production plant.
7. Examples of small production plants, their production technologies.
8. A man in working environment, visual, acoustic, microclimatic and psychic conditions for work.
9. Influence of colors in production interior. Examples of use in building industry.
10. Use of colors in compliance with valid norms and hygienic regulations. Color completion form aesthetic point of view.
11. Building floor in relationship with communications, parking and lawn and planting. Operational, dispositional, constructional, fire-protection, hygienic and aesthetic principles in various types of building constructions.
12. Allocation of buildings in site.

Aims

Refinement of knowledge regarding production buildings in general, selected small-sized facilities suitable for residential areas more concretely. Information about determinants that influence production building from the point of view of legislature. Influence on performance of an employee by its working environment.
