Preparation of technological, research and scientific projects. Team management. The meaning and aspect of project operation knowledge of administration of organization reports , method, technics , tools for managing and project co-ordinations are pre-requisitions for successful project management. Method of preparation and formulation ot the research & development or technological project. Basic principles for working-out of grant application. Working in team - cooperation, checking, team management.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

The course uses teaching methods in form of Seminar - 1 teaching hour per week. The e-learning system (LMS Moodle) is available to teachers and students.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

Active participation in seminars and project proposal are obligatory. Attendace is regularly registered. In the case of not-attending any seminar the absent student should elaborate written essay on that seminar's topic.
Credits are appointed on the basis of written project as a background for special laboratories and experimental part of diploma work. Project is delivered to selected supervisor (in last week of credits, at least), who will evaluate it and inform the guarantor on results. Project is delivered electronically and if requested by the supervisor also in hard copy. Credits are appointed by the guarantor.

Course curriculum

1 Theory of project and team management (4 hours).
2 Practical training of selected techniques (4 hours).
3 Project proposal based on prospective theme of diploma thesis (5 hours).
