Basics of Electrotechnics

Passive electronic components. Basic passive electronic circuits (especially filters). Basic semiconductor components (diode, bipolar transistor, unipolar transistor) - types, properties, linear models. Transistor in a linear regime (amplifier). Transistor in a switching mode. Basic principles of the inverter technique. Operational amplifiers - operation, properties, basic connections. Digital circuits - Boolean algebra, combination and sequential logic, logical circuits TTL and CMOS.
