Students can solve specific tasks for the elaboration of the diploma thesis from acquired theoretical knowledge. They can create databases for later analysis, to select appropriate numerical tools for explaining and interfering with the results.

Teaching takes place in the form of individual consultations with the supervisor of the final thesis.

Based on the processing of the part of the diploma thesis according to the instructions of the supervisor, the students are evaluated according to the ECTS classification scale.

The subject is linked to the focus of each student's final work. The lessons are taught individually in special hours, mainly through partial problems, presentation of the results of the work. Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the subject is to develop the theoretical basis of the work based on the literature recommended by the supervisor, to formulate the goals of the thesis and to select the methods used for the final work.
