Course detail

Nuclear Power Plant

FEKT-NJELAcad. year: 2019/2020

The subject is intended for students who want to work in nuclear power engineering. Students will become familiar with selected parts of nuclear physics that are necessary for understanding basic physical processes in a nuclear reactor, with the problems of nuclear reactor operation and refueling, with the characteristic of nuclear power equipment, maintenance and diagnostics at a nuclear power plant and with the problems of auxiliary equipment operation.
